• Wild Portraits reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time without notice.

• We sell original art prints, photographic prints, and publications.
• All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change items without notice.
• Colours and appearance of printed, original or digitally downloaded artworks and photographs may vary slightly from how they appear on your computer or device due to variations among computer monitors, device screens, printing inks and print media. We do our best to ensure accurate representation, but we can't guarantee exact matches.

• Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.
• Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• We accept payments via credit card, unless alternative methods are requested.
• Please allow a production time of 7-10 days for all purchased items unless notified otherwise.

• We ship within Australia only unless otherwise stated.
• Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and all purchased items are sent through Australia Post using Parcel Post or Regular Post. Please allow 6-11 business days for deliveries via Australia Post within Australia.
• Wild Portraits is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

• Due to the nature of original art and prints, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
• If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
• Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion.

• All images, artworks, photographs, articles, publications and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Craig Boase Wild Portraits and is subject to Australian copyright law.
• You may not copy, reproduce, manipulate, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission from Craig Boase Wild Portraits. This content may not be on display or resold as being created by someone other than Wild Portraits or Craig Boase Wild Portraits.
