Thylacine (Thylacinus cynocephalus) illustration using 11 x 14″ (28 x 35.5cm) Ampersand scratchboard and acrylic (eye).
Scratchboard is a white clay board coated in black ink. The black ink is then scratched away using various fine tools to expose the white clay.
The Thylacine or Tasmanian Tiger is a presumed extinct marsupial from Tasmania which was last seen alive in 1936.
