Swamp Skink (Lissolepis coventryi).
A beautiful but threatened skink restricted to wetland habitats of far south-eastern Australia. Draining of wetlands for farming and development as well as introduced cats and foxes have reduced their numbers considerably and some isolated populations are now considered locally extinct.
